Laura Waller’s painting “Approaching The Harbor” won the Excellence Award at the recent 9th Biennial National Art Exhibition in Punta Gorda. The Vermont Studio Center has awarded her a month long Artist’s Residency for April 2014. The Center accepts 50 artists and writers from around the world each month. She’s also one of 21 artists invited to participate in a Paint Out on the Maine island of Vinalhaven and the subsequent gallery showing of the work in June.
